Remedies for Heel Pain
- After wrapping your foot with aluminum foil, put on a cotton sock. Do this for 4-6 weeks to solve this problem.
- In a jar, mix a tablespoon of honey with a teaspoon of sea salt and 50 ml of iodine. Stir properly. Put some of the mixtures on a piece of cotton fabric, then place it on the affected area before securing it in place with a selection of cellophane. This compress should be left overnight for maximum effects. The following day, walk with the compress intact for about 15 minutes before removing it.
- Heat a linen bag in the oven after adding some salt to it. Apply the warm linen on your foot and wait until it cools down, Do this for ten days.
- Take a cabbage leaf and put a teaspoon of honey on it. Apply it on the affected foot and leave it overnight. Use warm water to rinse it off in the morning. Do this three times.
